I'd change the paint. someone blasted the cabinets white, and painted the room blue so I would assume the counters and backsplash used to actually work in this space. I would leave the counters and just change the backsplash bearing in mind its hard to tell how white the cabinets are, but if they are not creamy than that backsplash may end up looking more beige against them.

also your under cabinet lights are very blue, probably 4k bulbs you could warm those up a hair.

Agree, get a handle on the lighting first so colors will be true. The warm countertops indicate that this was originally a warm toned kitchen. Changing the paint will be a quicker/cheaper way to get the right look kicked off in here.

I wouldn’t put a Calacatta Gold marble backsplash with that busy granite countertop. I think it will clash.

The island it too small to be another material, change the backsplash to something lighter. Not calacatta, change the paint color. Add hardware, it's amazing to me how many kitchens don't have them.

Thanks for the replies. Please keep in mind that the cabinets are not crisp white. They're an off white. Creamy white.
