Appliances making things difficult

Hi all,

I'm planning my kitchen in a new build, and I’m trying to get an idea of the appliances we will want since they are taking longer than normal. My cabinets will be f&b calke green, and will only be lowers, and the countertop will be taj mahal (the cream and beige, not the grayer that has been coming over lately). I want aged brass cabinet pulls. My dream would be to have all ivory/off-white appliances, but I can only find that with Aga and I’m not sure they are going to be the best quality for each appliance. I’ve also considered getting an Ilve in antique white, or really splurging on just the stove and getting a Lacanche. If I did that I could get paneled appliances, but I think that will run me more than I’m comfortable spending. The other option, and where my question comes in, is to have stainless fridge and dishwasher, and the ivory range. In general I’m not a big fan of stainless, but it definitely would save a lot of money. I’m also worried that the stainless won’t look great with the aged brass pulls. Or that it will look like too many different things if some is ivory, some stainless, and the pulls are aged brass. what would be the best option while also keeping in mind that price has to be at least somewhat of a consideration?
