I'm doing a bathroom remodel. The demo is underway and I've spotted an issue.
The lightswitch used to be between the door trim and the tub surround. The door trim will be replaced with wider trim and the tile will extend further than the surround did, leaving a narrow space with the switch partially on the tile. (I've marked the future trim and tile lines in the pic.)
I think I should bring the tile out to meet the door trim, but is it weird to have s switch on tile? There's nowhere else to move the switch unless I reverse the way the door opens, which I don't want to do.
