My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The light fixture is from Circa Lighting and is called the Riverside Square Lantern. It comes in several sizes. I don't remember the size and can't find my folder that has the information so I recommend getting advice for the correct size from the store that you buy it from. It's a pretty light fixture but is expensive. A less expensive alternative would be the Darlana Lantern shown on the same page of the link I'm copying. I'm sorry it took so long getting back to you.
