Gorgeous, Jeri. Your photos are why I got MdS. Mine almost never shows so much pink, but then mine only starts to bloom in late April/May, and then the weather quickly gets very hot and humid here. But pink or not, she's one of my favorites. Thank you, again.

Gorgeous Jeri. So glad you aren't having to freeze where you are. The Tea roses have sprouted new leaves, and weather is headed to 17 F, 18 F, 18 F, 21 F over the next 4 days. Crap.

You're welcome John. I always think, if we share the knowledge of these roses, more people will plant them, and there's more chance they won't be lost.

There's no doubt she's my favorite (non-climbing) white rose. She's perfect in my garden, if a little slower to put on size than some teas. But they can't all be Rosette Delizy (who is a monster), lol.

It is hard to find a tea rose which stays a moderate size, at least in my garden, so I am intrigued. LAs in Jeri's garden, some of my teas bloom all winter, and I would love to have one which starts out pink and then "fades" to that brilliant white.

Jeri - do you know which nurseries carry it?

Had another thought - I am a collector of roses - not formal garden design or color arrangements. It just occurred to me that I now have a new sub category of roses I am drawn to: old roses whose real names were lost in commerce and replaced with something else like 'Mlle de Sombreuuil'. I think it was set off when I got what is thought to be the true 'Bloomfield Abundance' (the one which is NOT a Cecile Brunner). Mine is doing better since it got replanted in our new garden - it is blooming now - I will post a pic of it when I have more time.
