Hi everyone. I am wondering if anyone knows why our brand new Kitchen-Aid dishwasher remains wet inside after drying. We have just purchased it and have tried the sanitizer wash with heated dry, that did not dry anything. Next day we tried Pro Wash with heated dry, did better and almost dried all the dishes ( only had maybe 10 dishes at most) but again the inside is all wet so just after we tried normal wash with heated dry ( maybe 6 items) and yup still wet inside. Any ideas? Nothing can be broken as it is brand new. I emailed them and they said I have to have rinse aid which is full, not to overload which I barely had anything and to use extra heat option, which is crazy. They also made note to tell me that if they go out of their way and send a technician and find nothing wrong that I will have to pay the bill.. What a lovely family to be part of... That is what they reply after they receive your registration.. lmaoSadly because of that response we are returning it, but I am curious as what would stop it from drying..Any ideas?
