This is a late summer bloomer so should start poking above ground in late spring.......April/May?

And I have never fertilized a lily in my life!! The bulbs themselves contain everything needed to flourish and bloom, even in subsequent seasons. But I do use an organic mulch so that provides some indirect nutrients.

Do you know if foxglove will partner well with it? The lilies border the back of the bed near the fence and I allow foxglove to resow itself each year in front of it. Will they be OK near each other like that?
