Did you tell your designer "I want two separate vanities and I want the tub to be the focal point."?

Any particular fashion you wanted the tub to be highlighted? Me - a pretty chandelier or such by the tub for example.

Why is the powder room right up against the master?

This was our original plan, however when we had to shrink our footage, we weren’t able to keep the same layout

Aren’t the before and after the same dimensions? oh, never mind, I see the toilet room was changed. But still, why couldn’t the vanities and tub have stayed the same?

btw, if you keep double doors to th bedroom, be sure one of them is as wide as a normal door.

I think the new layout is better. You could put in two vanities side by side separated by a few inches if separate is that important. Or visually separate them by putting a narrow wall cabinet that comes down to the counter.

Could you rearrange the space so you don't have to walk past someone on the toilet to get to the closet? If you put the bathroom where the closet is, you have an opportunity to put (frosted) windows by the tub to really showcase it.

Can you change the location of the windows? This layout gives you two good size vanities with the tub centered between them but the closet is smaller. Also the red circle is where I would put the powder room door.

options? tub not at window, but tiled with complementing accent and maybe chandelier? that shine crystally shadows [where shower is]. Steamy shower can be released by basement-type window high on the wall....

Have to ask if bathroom has any architectural angles, ceiling changes [that 'frame' the tub]?

Under window - would you like single, separate sinks on opposite walls?
