My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Basement pour 8 or 9ft?

My builder wants to charge $9000 for a 9ft pour. Our home is an 1800 square foot ranch. It is not a walkout. We are at the top of our budget and trying to decide if the upgrade is important.
