It depends on what features you're looking for ... Do you want wire shelves? Do you want wood? Is wood look/veneer adequate, or does it need to be real wood? Do you want doors in front of your shelves/hang? Do you want an island? What type of counter would it have? Wood? Stone? Other? Any other special features you're looking for? Drawer inserts? Spinning/moving parts (other than a drawer)? Does it need a special chandelier imported from Italy?

Or are you referring to a designer to organize and/or design the space for you? Depending on the system, that's often free/included.
