I recently ordered a variegated swedish ivy (the thick smooth leaves...not sure which plectranthus that is). It came in a two inch pot....it was wilted and the soil was very wet so I was concerned it was rotting, but it perked up by the next day. The growing tip was brown, but I wasn't concerned about that, unfortunately it started dropping leaves, some just fell off, others seem to wilt first. I finally unpotted it to check to see if it had roots...it does, but they look dead to me. I'm wondering if I should just put it in water. The stem is still firm.
