Need help with kitchen layout

We are doing a kitchen remodel. We have a preliminary layout and what I am struggling with most right now is the sink placement. I am attaching a photo of the tentative layout. ( we have already made some minor changes but I will explain the concept) To explain, the kitchen is open to the famliy room which is on the other side of the kitchen. I would call the kitchen L sahped but interrupted, with an island. Along one arm of the L, across from the long part of the island , is the refrigerator/freezer/microwave and ovens. On the other arm of the L is cabinetry ( ignore those dimensions for now) and a 36 inch range . There is a pantry at the end of that arm and likely at the other end of that arm will be a coffee area.

The island is 9 ft b 5 ft. The 9 ft length is across from the rerigerator/oven wall. There is at least 48 inches of walking space in each of the aisles. My challenge is how to handle the sinks. On the long part of the island I plan to have a large sink across from the refrigerator. The dishwasher will be on the right and I want to have counter space on either side of the sink. But I feel it is too far from the sink to the cooktop, so we have placed a second sink at the cooktop, but what size sink should that be . Also I want to put a water purifier with a faucet for hot/cold water --where should that go? For technical reasons, I can only have a sink drain on the island, so I cannot place a second sink ( drain) anywhere else--ie I could for example have a pot filler or a water tap but cannot have another sink/drain elsewhere and I find a potfiller on the stove without a sink nearby doesn't help much. Appreciate thoughts
