South west facing window

Newbie plant owner here.. would an african milk tree be okay to put on the windowsill of a South west facing window? I'm just trying to figure out the best place for it.. It can get pretty warm on a decent summers day. I have a spider plant and a snake plant that's doing okay there so I'm thinking that will most likely be the best place for it. If anyone has any advise on the best plants for a South west facing window that would be great to😁

Where in the world are you located? And have those other plants had a summer in that window yet?

I'm in the UK and I'd say they've had around half of summer in that window

In that case your Euphorbia should be OK. But I think it could get a bit hot for the Spider Plant in the long run. You might need to move it occasionally.

Euphorbia should be fine in that winter, as well as for Spider plants, cacti, Jade plants, snake plants, lots of succulents, ZZ plants, etc. I actually lose the sun in the south window in the mid-late Spring and Summer. Combination of high sun angle and the deciduous Crepe Myrtles that are in leaf and flowering.
