Originally looking for something much simpler, but I fell in love with this little table and chairs from Design Toscano. The description is pretty sparse, though, and I have questions.

The table top is described but there's nothing about the materials used in the surrounds on the chairs (wood? engineered wood? are the faux books' covers leather or ?

what is the weight of the table by itself.

And when I go to Design Toscano's website there are many many unique products, but the reviews are over 2 years old and there are complaints over craftsmanship and finishes. I'm wondering if they are underwater due to pandemic-related issues. I don't mind paying for such a unique and eye-catching item, but I wouldn't want to have to refinish it again after I get it.

Any experience with Design Toscano or can Houzz help with the chair materials?
