He Mike - how ya do'n? The Ponderosa lemon I purchased for my son, while it continues to drop leaves, has produced a small fruit about 1" long so far. Is it still too cold to put it outside? Will moving it now cause it to drop the fruit? Inquiring minds want to know! ;-)

Been through a lot these past few weeks but like you still hanging on.

MInes are kept at temps below 40 for weeks at a time. The one I keep in the house has produced LOTS of blooms for the second time within months and fruit.

Not to early at all.

Give it partial shade with some sun until the temps warm into the high forties at night.

It will love the fresh air and make sure to never let in dry out to a wilt. That s why you probably lost leaves..

Moving it does not cause the fruit to fall off any of my trees. It should be fine my friend.

I will take a pic of it tomorrow morning so you can see how good it's doing. LOTS of fertilizer and warm watering, rain water if you can.

P.S., Meyer, I think you are okay, this arctic incursion is like several of the others, moving down out of arctic Canada into the middle of the country, even well south, without much of an easterly component. I am not moving sh't anymore, otherwise, they are going to have to move me..., INTO the ground.

I love Camellias, they have been blooming their heads off, started in December, then February into now. These went though the other weeks drop into the upper 20's just fine.
