First:

are those your barstool and table? That makes a difference. Second The placement of the light over the island is not so good, low ceilings and a raised bar are creating crowding. I would opt not to have a hanging light there and let the dining fixture be the centerpiece. Convert that light into a can light and possibly add one on each side of it to give you overall better lighting. But if not I would do a simple flush mount.

The kitchen is very busy and the view needs to be the star so I would pick simple over anything.

Look how much the view came back into play when I eliminated the "clutter" of the lights

I would like at Serena and Lily for inspiration and/or purchase

Hi! Great idea on the island lighting. I really like that option of adding a recessed light instead. This is my furniture/chairs at the moment. Should I change the dining chandelier? Thank you so much for your help!

That is my table and barstools. The seagrass barstools behind will be moved elsewhere.

Also, if those are your chairs I would go with the rattan ones over more white lines. and skip over the slip covers. and I might opt to bring some color to the rug .

keep the light fixture simple. maybe something that grabs the light.

Put the seagrass barstool at the bar. at least so we can see, I think they would break up all the white lines you have going now. and then maybe uncover the chairs with the slipcovers as well.
