Hi all:

is it normal for an appliance store to charge $100-150/item in freight for Wolf and Sub Zero?

they are adding this for each item ($100 if cost of item is under $5k, $150 for those over $5k).

salesman claims its not him its the company and I’m inclined to believe him but maybe I’m just being naive.
