This is an inflorescence. Congrats on having such a happy plant!!

Have the blooms opened yet? I can't tell if these are unopened buds, or spent ones. When the flowers are open, pollination must occur for seeds to form. A brief search leads to pics of male vs. female Codiaeum blooms, so if you don't have one of each blooming at the same time, pollination won't be possible.

I moved a few months ago and where I have the plant now gets more sun that it did at my former residence. Probably why it's producing the inflorescence. Thanks for your insightful response, Tiffany.
