My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Is there a floor plan available?

Curious about the general layout, # of bedrooms, etc. Is the area under the deck part of the finished basement?

    Thanks for your question! This is a custom designed home and so the actual plans belong to the homeowner. It's 1276 sq ft upper: 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms upstairs & 733 finished space lower: 1 bed/1 bath. The area underneath the garage and covered porch is unexcavated.
