This is 2022. Everyone everywhere has logistics issues.

I am very aware. And incredibly patient. But 13 months and no quote isn’t a logistics issue.

With a 30% rise in costs over the last 36 months, and a lengthening of lead times from 3 to 21 weeks, perhaps your expectations of price and timing are no longer valid for anyone. And your business isn’t relationship is no longer tenable due to your expectations not changing over the last 36 months. Shoestring margins and abuse over uncontrollable factors are getting flushed out of everyone’s systems these days. People are firing clients left and right over the new normal not being accepted. Generally homeowner projects have higher margins and more realistic timelines involved.

@Lemon Tree Design & Development, don't give up on the forums. There is a lot of good give and take. Don't take it personally and stand up for yourself, which you had no problem doing!

What I would suggest and I have always done before jumping into a forum, is to spend/waste a few hours reading through some posts. What you will find, is that there are different personalities and some that are very consistent in their delivery, so much so, that after participating for a while you will know who wrote what, before even looking at the screen name.

As for your problem, I would contact local cabinet makers. It might not be the cheapest solution budget wise, but if you can get product sooner and get the units sold sooner, then it might be the best financial choice. I can recommend a great family run cabinet company in SW Florida, but you didn't say where you are located.

I'm in no way an Ikea person, but you might try them.

I think Houzz has an option for professionals to talk to professionals to get professional advice without 'tilting their hand'.

I would absolutely agree with @chispa. See if there are local cabinet builders or amish cabinet builders around.
