In nature these plants tend to grow that way, attached to a tree with the leaves horizontal or down and the roots growing up. They will also lean twards the light source. You can re center it if you like the look better or you can change the light direction and it will flip itself the other way.

This is a good time to check the roots and the mix lower in the pot. Some vendors just put new mix on the top to dress it up but leave the rest in the pot. If it breaks down to compost it will kill the roots.

Its also a good time to trim off any old dead roots
