My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Really needs COLOR try finding a fun fabric for the curtain panels build from there.

      Good start…..I would do a different rug which needs to be larger or the chair legs will be getting caught on it. Some texture would be good.

      The chairs on the left seem very near the wall…can your average guest pull the chair back a bit in order to sit down?
