If at all possible, one should always buy upholstered goods in person. That way you'll know how comfortable it is and you'll have a retailer to go to if the goods don't perform as promised.I realize some people live in areas where that isn't possible, but if you do live in a place with furniture stores, hope you can find something in person.

Remember, people get points for writing reviews on Wayfair (and many other sites) so often you'll see only stars, no comments. Who knows what the experience really is?
