Hopefully you might have other lights on the ceiling because lights where you have tend to cast shadows. Mine is same length as yours, mine are bright with a dimmer switch. Depends on style you choose.

two, two lights, I would opt for opal or white glass to reduce the glare .

Hi Jackowskib - thanks for the photo. I really like the look. I do have two recessed lights in the room as well. What is the width of your vanity lights. The two light fixture is 13.5 inches wide. The three light fixture is 23.5 inches wide. I wasn’t sure which would look better with the mirror that spans across the width of the vanity. I do like your two rectangular mirrors though. But I’m worried that would make my space look smaller.

I love the lights you chose!! My lights are 18”. Mirrors are 23” and wanted them centered over 24” vanity for sinks.
