My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Here are pictures from my yard taken May 22, 2022. It is starting to get really hot here, so it is probably downhill from here. Hopefully I can keep them looking good until at least the first of August. At this rate with this heat, it will take a lot of water.
