Thanking a vendor

I have used Hornbakers Gardens frequently over the last few years since I found out about the quality and size of their plants (gallon). I have found their quality is excellent. Some of you may have seen my recent post on Brother Stephen which I purchased from them last year. I decided to email them and attach pictures of what was left of the plant asking if they ever replaced plants that didn’t come back well after winter. They responded by tucking a new one in the order I received yesterday.

I just want to let people here know what a great vendor they are. Here’s the new BS and thiswas included with my Nigescens order. This is the size they send. Before planted:

Debra so nice to show appreciation to a clearly good business. It is wonderful when many businesses in general have poor customer service.

Hmm, I have never ordered from them. Not that I need more hostas. Nice to hear that they are responsible vendors. Hopefully I will have opportunities to travel in person there.

I want to go myself, it’s about 3 1/2 hour drive for me. How far for you steve? Maybe we could finally meet! Not that I need more hostas mind you…….. lololo

Now I have to be grateful to Hornbakers.

I ordered 2 hostas fom them, Salsa Mango, because of wonderful pics posted here and Ogon Tsushima because I needed different small gold.

Then looking at their list I noticed they have Kiwi Milky way but not listed online. So I asked in email. They send me one, after adding it to invoice, painless too.

Very plesant experience.
