Contractor Question..Tile Lippage

last modified: 4 years ago

I had a tile contractor back today about an issue with my grout color drying extremely lighter than the sample. they contacted the grout manufacturer and they will come to inspect this week and give their best recourse for action to change it. in the meantime the contractor agreed to replace 2 tiles that had some lippage and prevented my chairs from moving smoothly, which he took care of on the spot. i now see and feel a couple more areas where lippage should be fixed. is it reasonable for me to ask for this to be fixed? im angry at myself that i didnt notice these when he was doing the others and i feel bad pointing out these issues in piece meal. He has to come back to fix grout one way or the other anyway. what do you think?
