A certain smount of lippage is allowable under industry standards. If you didn’t notice it right away, it is probably within those standards. Is it taller than a credit card?

Yes about equal to the thickness of a quarter. large format tiles about 9” x 47”. there is a spot i can see it, but the correct matching grout color can likely camoflauge it better. a couple others i didn’t notice with my eye, but i felt under bare feet.

If they get the grout color right and match the tile i think it will look ok..or is it reasonable to ask to replace the few tiles..even though they replaced 2 already and i didnt mention these?

I generally ask myself what the consequences are if the replacement doesn't go smoothly, then try to determine if it's necessary.

also the tiles were non-rectified. i learned a lot about tile after this job..but i cant say if i would have picked another tile. i am happy with the ”look” even with the wrong color grout.
