Just spent our first weekend in our new vacation home and the lg viaterra quartz we picked out (calacatta plata) is sooooo smudged in many spots and I found two etched spots. When the light hits certain spots it looks terrible! One cup of water left a ring and it won’t come out. I’m nervous the contractors didn’t cover it properly and it’s ruined forever. I spent so much time inspecting and trying to get out the marks. I’m going a little nuts here.

Called countertop company and they will come out and assess but I’m worried they will blame the contractors.

Do I have hope?
