I've looked around for you and nothing jumps out at me as a source for Vespers. It is such an old daylily that it is going to be hard to find. You might try googling "Heirloom" daylilies and see if you can find someone who curates or grows older daylilies that might be able to send you on. Maybe someone at the American Hemerocallis Society could help. I know there are specialty daylily nurseries that have heritage daylilies, but I'm sorry I don't know who they are......Maryl

Thank you both for your suggestions. Unfortunately, I haven’t had any luck at the various nurseries selling heirloom varieties. I bought the original from Old House Gardens some time ago and I am on a list if they carry it again. I will try the Society - good idea. I am primarily a rose grower and we like the old stuff. Heck we even collect! So I like to think someone somewhere is collecting all the old Nesmith daylilies.
