Pumpkin problem

Hi,
i have an autumn bush f1 hybrid pumpkin, planted 5/1 with discoloration of one of the leaves. is this early signs of disease? Any recommendations would be appreciated. I used neem oil about a week ago.
(the white one the leaves is sevin dust)
