It sure looks like it. Sorry for that. What to do now? The usual procedure is to spray the infested bush heavily with a miticide, as well as all bushes nearby. Later the same day after the foliage dries off cut the bush with loopers at ground level, having a large heavy duty garbage bag handy in which to place the cut top. Immediately thereafter dig up as much of the root ball, all soil around the roots included, bag it with the top. Tie everything securely up securely and place in household trash for municipality pick up.

I'm really sorry. I just took out a lemon Zenbyesterday. The leaves were all strange and puckered. It had 1 cane that was for sure last year but I tried cutting it out. It's at a friend's house and he didn't cut all the way down so it got in the roots and it had to come out. It's a horrible feeling especially on such a great rose.
