Stainless steel fridge. I have never understood paneled refridgerators, they remind me of the old wood-paneled station wagons.

Why not try to get something that will match?

Check out build.com. They have an amazing selection. We needed to find pulls for our bathroom cabinets that matched the shower and towel rack hardware.

You could use either stainless or paneled. It won't look odd to use a contemporary fridge pull in the same finish. Lots of them have a similar look to your cabinet hardware.

Make and model of fridge, and check first with them , provide the specs to your cabinet maker . .................And there is nothing wrong with an UN clad stainless fridge. It depends the look you are after. It depends integrated or built in and they are different: ) Slab doesn't mean integrated unless it DOES, and panel read is also different

Integrated refrigerators differ in that they are completely camoflaged when installed. There are no visible compressor vents, and they are built with an inset door, which sits perfectly flush with your cabinets.

The hardware does not have to match on the refrigerator or DW even if they are fully integrated. A tab pull is usually not functional on a fridge or DW.

Well, yes, I could sort of get the DW open with the small tab pull I originally put on it to match the other cabinets. With both hands squeezed onto the tab pulling really hard. It was almost as easy as opening it with no panel and no hardware on it yet.

But those tabs have an opening and come in a fairly large size so I think they would function and you don't need anything different just because it's an appliance. Mine were a 2" plain tab much smaller.

Did you adjust the tension of the door springs to match the weight of the door?

It was a problem with the graspability of the small fingerpull and the strength of the latch on the particular Miele model. A larger pull worked fine.

I think that you are overthinking this. No one will inspect your new kitchen and point out a different pull.
