if the floor area has boundaries just keeping it a kitchen redo...I would swap the floor . everything else looks good. No to painting cabs . price out lighter wood look floor whether real wood or vinyl planks..lots of product to replace the dark floor which is not flattering.

I agree to keep your beautiful cabinets as is, do not paint them! A lighter floor , as harbflavor mentioned, would enhance your cabinetry!

I would look for another color for the walls too. The clay color looks very drab. It also does not go with the cabinets, and like the others, I would not be painting the cabinets.

Your walls don't look gray at all on my monitor, they look almost as light as the ceiling. I wouldn't paint the cabinets, either. The cabinets coordinate well with the warm color of countertops.

Echoing the comments here that the floor appears to be the issue. Is it continuous with other parts of the house? I'd flow flooring from an adjacent room, if possible, and repaint the wall a white that works well with the existing backsplash.
