My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

clump, scape loss

I lost a number of scapes in the front of my house yesterday, as I had a new roof put on. They were careful, but....that's what can happen. The good: I thank God that in EVERY case I had 1 or more scapes left on each clump, so I won't totally miss any! Certainly not a coincidence. [Also thankful that this recommended roofer was almost half price! And between straight line wind damage in 2019 and our 2 1/2 inch hail a couple of weeks ago it looked pretty bad]
