On recent inspection of my navel orange tree, I discovered what appear to be some nasty disease spots on multiple fruit (6 different fruit). I can't see any other visible issues on the leaves.

I've been pouring over google images of different diseases for almost an hour and can't seem to find one that matches this (and doesn't show evidence of infection on leaves). Does anyone have a good idea of the culprit from looking at the picture?
