Here are a few seedlings that were blooming today.

These two are sibs. I posted a photo of the first one the other day. The sepals are better but still have green streaks. This is Small World Fire in the Hole X Stoke the Fire.

As you might imagine, Bob was wild about Buddy's Betsy X Heavenly Bengal Tiger.

I hope the splotchiness on Daddy's Heart X Carpathian Magic was the result of the rain last night.

We started a small diploid program a couple of years ago. We were excited with these two siblings. Sometimes when you cross an eyed daylily with a self, you don't get an eye, but the eye color overlays the self color which leads to mud. Here we got a distinct eye on these two small flower. It is A Small Multitude X Galaxy Explosion.

I love the extreme recurve on the petals of Sir Francis Drake. I guess there are daylilies for all tastes. I think my favorite of the registered ones is Daddy's Heart. I like the name and the colors on the daylily. Both of the Stoke the Fire kids are appealing.

I like Sir Francis Drake too, just a different look. I have Little Audrey here too. Not an unusual look, but it blooms and blooms and blooms.

You can certainly say the eye is dominant in Sir Francis Drake! The Small World seedlings are certainly bright and showy. I am always amazed at your seedling bed!

I'm with previous posters and I too like that recurve on Sir Frances Drake. It still has a good contrast in the color. Kiss Of Paradise is one I would pick for garden. Your seedlings look good.

We are already experiencing the high humidity here today. Finished mowing the front lawn before i had to give up because I need more gas. Storms are suppose to come late afternoon which is okay since it keeps the garden and trees watered.

I like your diploid seedlings in the first photo, such nice shapes. Kiss of Paradise posed nicely for its photo, lovely bloom.

The SW Fire in the Hole seedlings look interesting. The problem with Sir Francis Drake here is that it had terrible bud count and not many scapes. Initial excitement soon turned to dismay.

Multiplied rapidly, but few flowers. Here was its initial pic in a pot.

Daddy's Heart X Carpathian Magic is really pretty. I hope it clears up quickly. Kiss of Paradise is a pretty one too.
