You hired the wrong cabinet shop. They don’t know what they are doing. Shoulda hired a kitchen designer to start with, to do the design, and help you find a supplier. They could have helped you avoided these jokers. SZ, can help them, if they are capable of hearing. They probably don’t read a map or ask for directions either. Gosh knows about the build quality or the non durable 1980 finishes they use.

Yes, I have figured out they don’t have enough experience to do our project even though I provided them with a design.
SZ has helped some- but their standard answer is that they can only provide their specs.

Mine were basically full overlay doors with full depth side panels.

24" Freezer on left. 36" Fridge on right. Also note that they are both left hinged, which worked best for this kitchen layout.
