Identify this Monstera

Hi there!
Can you help me to identify this juvenile stage Monstera please?
I bought it as Monstera Laniata but those leaves supposed to be narrower and longer, don’t they?
Also if anyone knows what can be the issue causing these yellowish patches on the leaves would be appreciated 🙏🏻

Well I was going to say laniata. But could be lechleriana or monstera karstenianum peru.

I had peru and it always got yellow leaves so I ended up giving it away. I have monstera siltepecana which tends to also get some yellow leaves and I found that a monthly dose of CalMag seems to help. What type of fert are you using?
