The second and third are absolutely, without a doubt, wasp nests. I just sprayed some this morning because they were right above my back door and stinging us.

We use various ones, any kind that has a long jet spray. Spray and run! Then just tear the nest down.

I don’t know what the first one is — wasps, bees, or hornets. My guess is wasps. Regardless, I’d want a pro for that one.

First picture has appearance of early-stage hornet nest.

The other two are typical of "paper wasps"

The spray can shown above works well.

Apply in cool temperatures when hornets are inactive.

However, since that nest can only be sprayed accurately from directly below,

it will be tricky. I would leave that one to the pros.

The paper wasps do not make a large nest and once the cells are populated with larva

and sealed, it can be scraped off and disposed of.

Be sure to call and complain about that pest control guy. Shame on him.

@rhizo_1 (North AL) zone 7 I definitely called and requested a different professional come out. They said they are sending their most experienced professional, so I guess we'll see! I'm just glad you all gave me the confidence to call back and say "these aren't bees and I need help".
