We are remodeling the kitchen of our first home. We are planning on a 36" cooktop and double wall oven. Our house is fueled by oil and there is no gas line available. I had considered the LG 36" radiant electric cooktop however I am not a huge fan of electric cooktops. My only other option would be to run a gas line for propane for the cooktop. If we decided to go this route could anyone make a good suggestion for a moderately priced 36" propane cooktop? I do not want something that screams industrial as I am trying to keep the look traditional. The kitchen is open to the living room. We are using Ikea Lindigo White Cabinets, Floors are oak, there will be an apron front sink, polished nickel faucet. Refridgerator is an LG counter depth in stainless because we could not afford one that was paneled.
