We have remodeled the entire inside and now its time for the exterior.

Would love paint color, lighting, front door style ideas. It's in AZ so wind and dust are factors. I would like to make it a little more contempory - but no budget for structural changes. What about those block tiles at the roofline above the garage? Roof and those tiles are a terracotta color.
