These roses came with my house. I’ve been here two springs now and they seem to start the season looking like this, something destroyed the leaves, and then at least last year, ended up looking nice. Any ideas if it is a disease or a bug? I’m going to pull these, except I feel like I should leave them if there’s a simple solution. I kind of want to replace them with a white rose, but I hate to pull a perfectly good set of roses that just need some neem oil or something.
