We got some rain 2 days in a row, yesterday about 1/2 and the day before about 1/4. Things are greening up. Looks like according to the Lexington weather the rain is going to hit you today. I sure hope so. We may get a little too.

What a pretty pink seedling. Maybe it will pick up more buds as it develops........I just noticed my pink rain lilies blooming too after I watered the border. They are one of my favorite no care plants.......Christmas in Oz and Tall Blonde are my favorites today along with your seedling.......No rain here in weeks and none forecast............Maryl

I like that seedling!! Christmas in Oz appears to have kept its color well in the heat. Mean Green always puts on a show.Nice clump of Fox Point.

I got less than an inch of rain in June-very unusual. I had rain Sunday which is the only rain in July. I feel your pain!!

I love the pink seedling! Tall Blonde looks good. My TB has not even scaped this year. It's probably going in the trash can. I've had it for four years, and three it didn't scape. Fox Point makes a nice, bright clump.

I've admired Christmas In Oz and your pic really shows how well it does. The pink seedling looks good. Sorry to hear your still struggling with lack of rain. Shall I do a dedicated "rain dance" for you?

Julia, PLEASE do a rain dance for me! And include a video? LOL! I have been doing a rain dance, but apparently I need lessons? It has been thundering with lightning, winds pick up, and it rains. I can count the drops practically on one hand. Thank you all for the nice complements on my pink seedling. I have had it several years now. Sometimes bud count gets up to 15, but it stays close to 10 normally. Has not increased a lot. Still, I love the color and think it is the prettiest seedling I have gotten. I love Christmas in Oz, have since I first saw it.

Debra, I got Tall Blond spring of 2021. It shot scapes up, but they dried up. That happened to several new ones last year. I still have 2 scapes, but only 1 bloomed. I was thinking about moving it to see if it likes another location better. But then, maybe moving it will set it back again, so may leave it another year. Blooms have been pretty, and the scapes has plenty of buds with pretty good bbranching. Potential, but will it live up to it?

Maryl, I love those rain lilies too, so nice to have something that blooms every time it rains. Hope we both get some rain soon.

Ten is not bad bud count here; actually, quite typical. Lydia's Regal Robe, for example, this year has a few scapes with about 15, but in previous years was in the 6-10 range. I see a painted toe in the seedling picture too.

I've been told that the Lexington area is still quite dry.

Y'all have the fringe benefit of seeing my toes quite often. You will not believe how many times I retake a picture because my foot is in it. Sorry, LOL!

Julia! Your rain dance worked! Would you mind repeating, or just a bit more energetic? I got 1/4" maybe, just need some more. But good start!

Fox Point has been a great grower for us. I also like Christmas in Oz and your pink seedling.

I love seeing the rain lilies. We grow them every year.
