Allegheny Skyline looks great, and I think I only have eight fans of it. Mine did horribly this year with the lack of rain and high heat. I finally got a bloom yesterday that was close to the right color. Yours is darker in color than I ever see mine. I don't recall Boundless Beauty melting, but lots do a days with high heat and rain. It's never set a pod for me, but I know it does have lots of registered children.

ALLEGHENY SKYLINE is always a favorite to see! It is such a great color, form and etc. I lived near the Allegheny Mts. and the Allegheny river in western PA growing up so it reminds me of my home area when I see the name.

Debra: Allegheny Skyline seems to do very good here and if my memory is correct, it did good in NY too bloom wise. . It doesn't get full sun all day but I do believe all our rain has helped. I'll check to see what kids BB has. Thanks for the info.

Brad: iAllegheny Skyline is a good color but waiting to see how it does on our hot 90's days here. PA is a stones throw from us...well maybe more than a stone throw. Although the trip from NYS through PA to WV was always enjoyable I am glad not to make those 5 1/2 to 6 hour drives one way.

Kate: I always enjoyed the pics of Bob Marley. It really draws the eye. I do need to think about a backdrop for it, Catastrophe Waitress and Carolina Sugar Daddy. Some of the dayliiies on that side of the garden are less surrounded by other perennials.

Allegheny Skyline scores number one in my book this time. In your garden the color is marvelous, and with 9 scapes it's obviously a good producer...........Maryl
