We are finalizing our appliance choices for our new build. I thought that I had decided on a Thermador package using the one-two-free program with the Professsional wall ovens. Now, I have read a few cases of Thermador oven owners saying that the oven cooling fans are really loud. Does anyone have experience with Thermador oven noise vs Monogram, Miele, or any other ovens in that price range? Or maybe a decibel reading? We had a really loud oven in our previous home (GE I think), which in retrospect, I think was faulty. It was a high-pitched almost whistling sound. I just don't want a repeat of that.
