I have a Sansevieria that flowers every year. Blooms are highly fragrant.

Your flower buds haven’t opened yet. They’re very pretty, sweet scented, and will drip their sticky nectar. :) I leave mine alone until either the dripping nectar annoys me, or until most of the flower petals have fallen, then I cut away the flower stem.

You might get little Sans berries that turn orange/red and will linger for a spell.

Mine didn't bloom for two decades (didn't even know it could!), until I moved it to a window with southern exposure. As a result, the plant grew like crazy, more than doubling in height and begetting many pups. After maybe 3 years like this, it became very crowded in its pot and started blooming several times a year -- I've read the blooms are a response to stress, which sans like (up to a point, I guess), bout a year and a half ago, I had to repot it, and there haven't been any blooms since.

Enjoy the blooms and the smell. Myself, I hate seeing the blooms since it means the end of it's growing cycle for that node.

I took my S. cylindrica out side while it was blooming and found out that tiny little sugar ants loved the nectar over all else. It was quite funny to see them hanging from the flowers like puppies on their mother’s nipples,
