Can anyone help me?

i am going insane...

I mop/vacuum almost every day/week but this is how my floor looks like RIGHT AFTER A VACUUM+MOP session. I've tried hot water+dish soap/vinegar combo + Selley's + other floor cleaners with no help!

I don't know why it dries so patchy!!! Sometimes i can even see oily footprints and i can only remove them after using diluted dish soap water and kitchen towel to dry, but nothing works for the patches!

It wasn't like this before - is it because of the floor cleaner i use? Any Tips/advise would seriously be awesome.
