Hello -

Attempting to do a fence like this at our property, where local residential fences can only be 36" on the street side, and up to 72" on the neighbor side.

Given that the attached pic appears higher than 36", how would you recommend I divvy up the concrete versus wood slats to achieve this look in the front yard/street side?
