There is no difference in terms of decorating versus a standard bed.

The only difference is that you don't use a box spring and you need a bed frame that isn't a platform. This is because the adjustable bed essentially just sits in the middle of the bedframe and the bedframe is purely decorative as it doesn't support the mattress in any way.

The reason you don't see any specifically is because they look just like any other bed and are decorated just like any other bed. You don't need anything special.
