Can anyone identify this Limoges china pattern?

I have Limoges set with a small china teapot, sugar and creamer, 2 cups and saucers and 6 7.5 inch plates. The markings on the bottom are GD&C and two marks I can’t identify. It also says Avenir, Limoges France. It must have been sold by Tiffany and Co New York.
